Timoco began life as a little company with big ideas. Disappointed with the fragmented user experience event organizers encounter, it set out to create experiences that raise and set the bar for how EDM and Festival brands communicate with their audiences. So we dedicate ourselves to creating integrated ticketing solutions that are simple to use and above all, delight and surprise clients and audiences.

We do this by strengthening the bond between live-events and audiences through a combination of ticketing, marketing and technology. By applying our unique live-event experience with close ties to our clients we immerse audiences in branded experiences and targeted interactions that increase revenue streams, drive profits and foster loyalty.

This meticulous attention to detail, fanatical support and tailored solutions, put ‘quality before quantity’ at the heart of our thinking. And we believe in ‘delight by design’ an idea best expressed by the values of the late, great, Steve Jobs.
About Timoco

A short history

Concepted, designed and developed for the top Dutch festival Extrema Outdoor, the ticketing platform was conceived in 2003 by owner, Marcel Mingers and started out as simple email and e-ticketing system. The initial experimental platform proved so successful that within 2 years over 50% of his event sales we generated through the internet.

In 2007 Timoco was launched and has continued to grow steadily since then. Today, with a new management team and its unique heritage Timoco is focused on providing a highly effective backbone to ticketing and innovation for leading EDM and Festival brands.

What’s next?

The arrival of a new management and development team lead by veteran marketer Shawn Kent (Cirque du Soleil), digital branding expert John Mulholland (Exciting Minds) and development partner Kabisa, raises and sets the bar for a new era at Timoco.

Together with ‘ideas architect’ Marcel Mingers and the team, we are delivering a future based on loyalty through interaction. Where our agility, speed and creativity enables us to stay ahead of the curve and at the cutting edge of social media; to deliver the ticketing, mobile, community that defines Timoco.
